Highgate
Kingsley Place
As members of the Considerate Constructors’ Scheme, we are always looking for ways to improve the sustainability of our company and of our sites. We always encourage our clients to use renewable or low carbon products where possible, and we are delighted to be working on a project that really shares this vision.
Set on a quiet sidestreet in Highgate, and covering almost 1,600 square foot, we have been asked to completely renovate this house while being as sustainable as possible. All materials will be sourced from suppliers who can prove their green credentials, including reclaimed wood for partitions, reprocessed denim for insulation, and specialist adhesives made entirely from natural products.
Arranged over three floors, we will be rewiring, fitting new plumbing, and installing new a new kitchen and bathrooms throughout. This will be a great opportunity for us to expand our knowledge of sustainability in construction and redevelopment, something we can bring to other projects in the future.
