On this leafy residential road, we increasing space through a ground a partial floor rear extension and altering the fenestrations at the front and the rear to maximise natural light. This will involve creating a new substructure first, after which we will build up to create new rooms on the ground and first floor. Silver Bricks will then finish the project to completion, with bespoke joinery throughout, bathrooms centered around Italian marble, and energy-efficient lighting and underfloor heating.
