In need of much more than just a facelift, we were introduced to this project via our partnered interior designer who knew that the property was hiding its true glory. Originally dark, cramped and boxy due to a large amount of unnecessary internal walls, we stripped the property back to its shell. Many of the non-supporting walls were removed, creating a large open space that our clients loved.
New electrics, gas, and plumbing were installed throughout, meaning that we had to strip this property to the bare bones. A dressing room was created for the master bedroom, and the ensuite was significantly expanded. We also created a rear courtyard in what was once a lightwell, allowing extra light and luxury. Finally, we built a glorious 300 sq ft conservatory with bespoke frames to add an extra room to the house for our clients to enjoy.

Speed, without compromising quality or safety, was our focus here, as our clients proposed an ambitious schedule. That’s not a problem for our team!
